Generally sunny, warm and kind of nice this week. Look closely in the
higher foothills for fall leaves. Got out on the bike this time
rather than running. The little sprints up some of the single track
were a bit much, but only in one spot. Interestingly, I was only
about 5 minutes faster on bike than on foot. Going up it was about
the same.
