Memo to BYU students angry over parking

In a representative democracy, such as Provo, you need to vote. Otherwise, your only recourse is making angry statements about parking at city council meetings.

Great point.

BYU students have gotten hosed over the past decade or two on a number of issues due to their apathy in local politics.

Builders are simply not putting a suffient number of parking spaces in their complexes to accomidate the students they house.

You'd think the city counsil would find a way to hold builders responsible instead of students.
